HRDF Organizes Workshop on Developing Programs and Support Products
As part of the continuous efforts of the Human Resources Development Fund to integrate and coordinate with private sector establishments, the Fund held a workshop on developing programs and support products at its headquarters in Riyadh today, Tuesday. The workshop was under the patronage of the General Manager of the Fund, Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jaawini, and attended by several Fund leaders and representatives from major establishments in the labor market.
The workshop opened with a speech by the Deputy General Manager of the Fund for Business, Mr. Firas bin Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail, who emphasized the importance of integration and strengthening the ongoing partnership with private sector establishments. He added that the Fund aims through this workshop to inform partners in the private sector about the latest developments in support programs provided to establishments, as well as to discuss ways to improve and develop support programs and products to maximize their benefits.
Aba Al-Khail pointed out that the Fund constantly strives to keep pace with developmental developments, Vision 2030 projects, and the needs of the business sector, achieving its strategic objectives of enhancing the development of the national human capital to meet the requirements of the evolving labor market, improving the relationship between supply and demand in the labor market, and promoting sustainable employment in the private sector.
The workshop, presented by the Executive Director of Programs at the Fund, Mr. Samer bin Rashid Al-Rayan, discussed several key themes. These included an overview of the support fields and programs provided by the Fund to enable private sector establishments, the role and efforts of these programs in enabling citizens to enter the labor market, their sustainability and stability, and enhancing their attractiveness in the market.
The workshop featured the division of attendees into several focus groups, showcasing the latest studies and experiences, and discussing ways and areas of improvement and development of support programs and products. It also gathered ideas, suggestions, and experiences from participants on the themes of the workshop.
