The Human Resources Development Fund has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Customer Experience Academy to support and empower national cadres in the fields of customer experience, customer service, and protocol.

This memorandum comes within the framework of mutual cooperation to achieve the aspirations of both parties. The Fund is keen to support and develop national talents and recognizes the importance of enhancing customer experience and improving the quality of services provided across various sectors.

The memorandum focuses on contributing to the support of specialized training programs in customer experience, customer service, and protocol, including both short and long-term courses. It also aims to support accredited professional certifications in customer experience and set the required standards for obtaining these certifications.

Additionally, the memorandum seeks to raise awareness about the Fund's programs and services and the mechanisms for benefiting from them to achieve mutual benefits and goals. This will be done through workshops with entities to introduce the supportive programs and services for sector localization, according to the mechanisms and programs followed by both parties.

Both sides agreed to form a joint working team to activate areas of cooperation and follow up on the implementation phases and clauses of the memorandum.
