HRDF Wins Best Practice Award in Dealing with Customer Complaints
The Human Resources Development Fund won the CX Awards Award, for the best practice in dealing with customer complaints, amid the participation of several ministries and government and private agencies in the award.
The fund's winning of the award comes after it achieved a number of achievements in dealing with customers, the most prominent of which was the percentage of customer complaints being resolved to 98% and the customer satisfaction index rising to 94% during the first quarter of this year.
The fund received the award during the ceremony that was held on May 23 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The award program is based on searching for best practices and digital applications in the field of customer experience for various sectors and industries in the government and private sectors.
It is noteworthy that the CX Awards award is one of the programs offered by the CX Live platform, as the platform is a meeting place for leaders in the customer experience industry, and it relies on providing in-depth research and analysis to recognize the excellence of organizations in providing the best solutions for customer experience in the region.
