"HADAF" invites establishments to register for "Hail Meetings" to provide opportunities for national cadres.
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), has invited private sector establishments interested in participating in the "Hail Meetings 2023" forum to register their needs for suitable national talents and provide available opportunities through the following link: https://eservices.taqat.sa/eservices/.
The registration process for establishments involves accessing the link, logging into the establishment's account, clicking on the "Our Programs" section on the "Taqat" page, and finally clicking on the "Meetings" icon.
The "HRDF" will hold the "Hail Meetings 2023" forum in collaboration with the Human Resources Development and Social Development System and private sector partners at the Roshan Conference and Exhibition Center from February 8th to 9th, 2023. The aim is to invest in human capital, enhance the skills and capabilities of national cadres, support their training, employment, and qualification to join the labor market.
The forum, which will see the participation of various government and private sector entities, as well as specialists and stakeholders in human resources development, aims to introduce the programs, initiatives, and opportunities offered by the fund to clients and beneficiaries of support services, in line with current national development plans.
The forum targets private sector establishments, job seekers, high school graduates and above, private sector employees, and entrepreneurs. It will include training support programs, career guidance, workshops, and job opportunities through the "Taqat" employment program, in addition to offering a variety of specialized lectures and seminars.
Moreover, visitors will be introduced to the career guidance portal (Subul) and how to benefit from it to identify the current and future skills and needs of the labor market, as well as to equip the region's youth with the necessary skills and capabilities for the job market.
The objectives of the forum revolve around raising awareness among stakeholders in the labor market, establishing positive partnerships with relevant entities in the private sector, and building a database of specialists and stakeholders in the labor market.
