Workshops, training programs, and professional guidance sessions are being organized at "Hail Meetings" to support localization efforts and skill development.
The Hail Meetings 2023 forum, organized by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in collaboration with the Human Resources and Social Development System and private sector partners, will be held at the Roshan Conferences and Exhibitions Center from February 8 to 9, 2023. The forum will include workshops, training courses, professional guidance sessions, specialized lectures, and seminars aimed at investing in human capital.
The forum will offer training opportunities through the Tamheer program, as well as job opportunities through participating establishments. Visitors will also be introduced to the Career Guidance and Counseling Portal (Subul) and how to benefit from it in identifying current and future skills and needs of the labor market, equipping the region's individuals with the necessary skills and capabilities for the job market.
Moreover, the forum will play a significant role in introducing the programs, initiatives, and services provided by the HRDF to clients and beneficiaries of support services, in alignment with current national development plans.
The forum targets private sector establishments, job seekers, high school students and above, private sector employees, and entrepreneurs.
Its objectives revolve around enhancing the knowledge of labor market stakeholders, fostering positive partnerships with relevant private sector entities, and building a database of professionals and stakeholders interested in the labor market.
Earlier, the HRDF clarified the practical steps for individuals to register and attend the forum's events through the National Labor Gateway (Taqat) portal via the link: https://eservices.taqat.sa/Eservices_Individual/Home.aspx.
