The Human Resources Development Fund, represented by the Hadaf Leadership Program, will hold a five-day training program in Riyadh in collaboration with the Leadership Institute affiliated with the Ministry of Sports to develop the leadership skills of future leaders in the sports sector.

The collaboration aims to provide practitioners in the sports sector with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance the performance of workers in sports facilities and fields and to strengthen their leadership capabilities to achieve sustainability.

The Hadaf Leadership Program seeks to empower private sector establishments by building national leadership competencies, imparting team leadership and business leadership capabilities, and benefiting from global models and experiences in leadership development and activating effective leadership principles.

The program relies on transferring global experiences and activating effective and influential principles through various practical cases and projects, as well as transferring global best practices, guidance, monitoring, and direct simulation or through virtual classrooms with distinguished global experts.

It also works on developing the leadership skills of future leaders in the private sector by qualifying and training Saudi employees in the private sector to enable them to manage and lead establishments, reflecting on performance, productivity, and enhancing qualitative and distinguished localization rates.

The program consists of five stages, starting with direct five-day training for participants, during which learning application projects are distributed. In the second stage of the program, trainees apply what they have learned in their workplaces through working on projects. In the third stage, participants receive another five-day direct training. In the fourth stage, projects are presented, discussed, and evaluated by a specialized committee, followed by a leadership seminar and graduation ceremony. The fifth stage focuses on monitoring and evaluating the impact of the training program on the participants in their workplaces.

It is worth mentioning that the number of beneficiaries from the Hadaf Leadership Program during the current year (2023) reached 537 participants.
