Human Resources Development Fund celebrated; With the graduation of 945 male and female beneficiaries from the Leadership Program; They belong to more than 400 establishments in various cities and governorates of the Kingdom. In the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Director General of the Fund for Business, Mr. Firas bin Abdulaziz Abal Alkhail, and His Excellency the Vice Chancellor of British Cranfield University, Professor David Oglethorpe; And a number of leaders of the two sides, strategic partners and institutes.
In this context, His Excellency Mr. Firas Abalkhail said: "The total number of graduates of the program has reached about 2,000 beneficiaries since its launch in September 2019 until now"; Indicating that the program is one of the Fund's initiatives to support private sector establishments to develop the skills and capabilities of national forces in the field of leadership, to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 related to business sectors; To ensure the building of trained and qualified national leadership cadres that contribute to achieving high levels of sustainability, professional development and raising qualitative Emiratisation rates.
He went on to say: "Today's ceremony is another milestone in the success of this program, which has become an important figure in the formation of empowered national leaders in the private sector." It is noteworthy that the Leadership Goal Program is based on six stages, starting with the nomination and registration process, evaluating applicants, and selecting them to attend the program. During this, the trainees apply what they have learned at their employer by working on projects. In the fourth stage, the participants receive direct training for a period of 5 days. In the fifth stage, projects are presented, discussed, and evaluated by a specialized committee. The sixth stage focuses on following up and evaluating the impact of the training program on the trainees. at their employers.
