The Human Resources Development Fund, represented by the Career Counseling Program, held a workshop in coordination with the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, with the participation of 15 education offices in the Riyadh region. The workshop aimed to review career counseling initiatives and analyze the professional needs in the education sector to work on their development through the initiatives provided to students and academic counselors.

During the workshop, which took place at the Diriyah Gate Development Authority headquarters, the education office officials were briefed on the initiatives and ways to benefit from them. Questions were also welcomed, and discussions were held regarding the current and future skills and needs of the labor market to equip students with the necessary skills and capabilities for the job market.

The career counseling initiatives aim to empower and enhance the level of students through a comprehensive counseling, training, and empowerment journey to develop their professional skills and readiness for the job market.

The workshop is an extension of efforts to establish the concept of career counseling and its methods to serve the nation and society in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims to enhance and develop human capabilities to contribute to the nation-building and support its developmental journey.

It's worth mentioning that the "HADAF" brand has become the umbrella for programs and services provided by the fund, encompassing counseling, training, and empowerment services. This step aims to facilitate clients' access to the fund's services and benefit from them.
