Mr. Al-Juwaini mentioned that the total amount spent on training, employment, and empowerment support programs provided by the fund to private sector establishments during this period reached 3.79 billion riyals. He emphasized that the fund is committed to keeping pace with the developmental progress in the Kingdom across all fields, including the evolving needs of the business sector and the demand for national talent skills. The fund continually works on developing and enhancing the skills of Saudi nationals, increasing their participation in the labor market, and encouraging the private sector to contribute to localization efforts. It also aims to strengthen partnerships with relevant entities in training, employing, and empowering national talent, while increasing their competitiveness and sustainability in the labor market.
He added that the fund's new strategy has enhanced the benefit of individuals and establishments from its programs and services. The fund will continue its efforts to adapt to labor market changes and requirements, address sector-specific needs and priorities, and develop training, empowerment, and guidance programs for national talent. This is in line with achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capabilities and the labor market strategy.
