Collaboration on Human Capital Development Research in the Labor Market
The Human Resources Development Fund has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies to enhance collaboration, exchange expertise and data, and conduct research on the labor market to support the development of national human capital.
The memorandum was signed by Eng. Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Almehiemeed, Executive Director of Transformation and Strategy at HRDF, and Mr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Dughaither, Assistant Secretary-General at the Center.
The agreement outlines collaboration between the two organizations in developing research and implementing behavioral interventions to better align the national workforce with private sector needs, increase motivation, and empower citizens in the labor market. It also involves coordination and communication to establish a framework for engaging labor market stakeholders and sharing relevant data, reports, and human capital insights for mutual benefit.
The memorandum emphasizes the exchange of expertise and information on current and future initiatives and projects aimed at fostering human capital development within the Center’s scope of work. Additionally, it focuses on conducting research and studies in the labor market to generate actionable recommendations for overcoming challenges and capitalizing on opportunities to improve the work environment.
