Al-Baha Meetings Hosts 74 Training and Development Workshops

"Al-Baha Meetings" hosted by the Human Resources Development Fund in collaboration with partners in the public and private sectors, embraces 74 training and development workshops to empower and qualify national talents, within the framework of the five professional tracks of the forum, held at the University of Al-Baha from (4th to 6th March).

The workshops aimed at students focus on test-taking techniques, goal setting, preparing presentations, and volunteer work. Additionally, workshops for job seekers cover CV preparation and development, identifying strengths and skills, personal interviews, time management during job search, e-marketing, utilizing job fairs, discovering job opportunities, the importance of freelancing, volunteering, and pathways to the job market.

Conversely, workshops dedicated to entrepreneurs discuss project initiation, innovation, exploring the world of entrepreneurship, digital marketing strategies, creating awareness of customer service culture in entrepreneurial projects, turning ideas into opportunities and projects, feasibility studies, and creative marketing of ideas and products, as well as effective negotiation skills.

Furthermore, workshops for employers address building effective work teams, enhancing customer loyalty, training on workforce management, recruitment and empowerment strategies, motivating employees to support change, professional development for employees, professional certifications, dealing with work pressure, enhancing adaptability to the job market, teamwork, interaction with others, and improving digital integration in job performance.

It is noted that "Liqaa Al Bahah" focuses on enhancing investment in human capital development, raising skills and capabilities of national cadres, and the cognitive level of those related to the labor market through workshops, seminars, informative lectures, and guidance sessions held during the forum. It also aims to achieve positive partnerships with several relevant entities in the private sector, and provide opportunities for empowerment, qualification, training, and employment to contribute to supporting the national economy.

The forum includes an accompanying exhibition for recruiting job seekers in the participating establishments, where experts and stakeholders in human resource development, qualified national cadres, private sector representatives, and government officials related to the labor market participate.
