HRDF and SDAIA Empower National Workforce in Data and AI
The Human Resources Development Fund and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support the empowerment and training of the national workforce and to enhance job localization in the fields of data and artificial intelligence.
The memorandum was signed by Mr. Firas bin Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail, Deputy General Director of the Fund for Operations, and Dr. Ahmed bin Awadh Al-Ghamdi, General Supervisor of the Capacity Building Sector at SDAIA, during the Artificial Intelligence Summit held in Riyadh.
The memorandum aims to establish a strategic partnership between the two parties in several areas, including training and developing the capabilities and skills of the national workforce in data and artificial intelligence fields, through training programs provided on the National E-Training Platform (Doroob) and the Professional Certification Product. It also includes organizing workshops, training courses, and interactive sessions to empower the workforce and enhance their capabilities and skills in the areas covered by the memorandum.
The collaboration also includes raising awareness among organizations operating in the fields of data and artificial intelligence, encouraging and motivating national talent, and supporting their career advancement in data and artificial intelligence, in line with labor market needs.
