The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has signed six partnerships and memorandums of understanding with several entities in the public and private sectors. These agreements aim to support the training and empowerment of the national workforce in various vital and developmental economic sectors, enhancing their skills and ensuring workforce sustainability in the labor market.
The partnerships and agreements include collaborations with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, the General Transport Authority, King Khalid University, Future Work Company, HP, and Event Academy. These agreements were signed on the sidelines of HRDF’s participation in the second edition of the International Labor Market Conference, organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Riyadh from January 29 to 30, 2025. The event was attended by several ministers, government officials, leading international experts, specialists, and heads of international and professional organizations.
These partnerships and agreements aim to strengthen strategic collaboration between HRDF and these entities, contributing to the training and empowerment of the national workforce. They also seek to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills while leveraging HRDF's programs, products, and services in guidance, training, and empowerment.
It is worth noting that HRDF participated as a strategic partner in the second edition of the International Labor Market Conference. The fund is dedicated to supporting human capital development in Saudi Arabia, fostering the exchange of ideas and expertise, and enhancing international cooperation to ensure a promising future for both the Saudi and global labor markets. This partnership reflects HRDF’s commitment to international collaboration and knowledge exchange to elevate the labor market in the Kingdom.
