He highlighted the significant transformations witnessed by the Fund over the past year, driven by the wise leadership's commitment to investing in human capital.
Mr. Al-Jawini emphasized that the increase in beneficiaries employed through HRDF’s training, empowerment, and guidance programs reflects its efforts to address labor market changes, meet its needs, and enhance its efficiency. HRDF’s initiatives align with priority economic sectors, the evolving demands of the labor market, and the development of training and empowerment programs tailored to national talents. These efforts support realizing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives and the National Labor Market Strategy.
