Four Agreements to Empower the National Workforce in Key Development Sectors

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has entered several strategic partnerships by signing four agreements and memoranda of understanding with various public and private sector entities to train, empower, and build the capabilities of the national workforce across several vital and developmental sectors within the labor market.
The agreements and memoranda were signed with the following entities:
- Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones
- Authority for the Care of Persons with Disabilities
- Middle East Marine Maintenance Company
- MBC Media Saudi Limited
These partnerships were signed on the sidelines of HRDF’s participation as a strategic sponsor in the second edition of the Human Capabilities Initiative Conference, organized by the Human Capability Development Program—one of the Vision 2030 realization programs.
The signed agreements aim to empower and develop national human capital, build their capabilities, and enhance their skills in several key areas, including:
- Electronic, electrical, and mechanical technologies in the naval military industries
- Cybersecurity, software development, and drones
- Media and communications
The agreements also stipulate HRDF’s contribution to supporting training and empowerment programs for professions and skills demanded by the labor market in targeted sectors. This includes enabling national talents to benefit from HRDF's programs and offerings, enhancing their engagement, sustaining localization in priority sectors, and supporting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.
It is worth noting that the HRDF is dedicated to developing human capital in Saudi Arabia through a variety of programs and initiatives focused on guidance, training, and empowerment, aimed at meeting the evolving demands of the labor market, aligning supply and demand, and supporting sustainable employment in the private sector.
