Ziyad bin Abdulrahman Baslam, CEO of the Data Management Office at the Human Resources Development Fund since December 2021, has a wide range of leadership and professional experiences over the past twelve years in data, artificial intelligence, behavioral sciences, user experience, and information technology. He has held several positions and roles in global companies and various government institutions.

Academic Background:

• He holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship Management from the Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship in 2022.
• He holds a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from King Saud University in 2011.

Previous Experiences:

• Chief of Financial and Economic Statistics Center and Data Science Advisor at the Ministry of Finance from 2020 to 2021, where he contributed to developing the ministry's data system and implementing national-level use cases.
• Team Leader in Data Science at a specialized government entity from 2017 to 2021, where he contributed to several national-level use cases that led to the establishment of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
• Data Science Consultant at Teradata from 2014 to 2017, where he worked on implementing projects and use cases in data and artificial intelligence in both public and private sectors.
• Regional Information Systems Engineer at Asea Brown Boveri from 2012 to 2014, where he contributed to establishing best technical practices in the company.
• He holds a professional certification in leadership, data analysis, behavioral analysis, user experience, and information technology.
