Talent Development Department Policy
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is committed to fulfilling its strategic direction, vision, and mission by meeting all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to its services. It also aims to achieve international standards in competency management and personnel development, following the ISO 10015:2019 guidelines.
HRDF achieves this commitment through:
• Continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of talent development department processes.
• Providing and sustaining the necessary human, financial, and technical resources to support talent development department.
• Fostering a culture of talent development department within HRDF and encouraging employees to develop their competencies.
• Enhancing employee satisfaction with talent development department systems.
• Preparing annual training plans based on employee needs, in coordination with relevant departments and aligned with the budget.
• Using this policy as a framework for the objectives of talent development department at HRDF.
