Occupational Health and Safety Management Policy

HRDF is committed to providing its services and managing and operating its facilities safely and responsibly by performing all tasks and activities that ensure the enhancement of occupational health and safety, fire prevention, risk management, and the prevention of occupational injuries and losses for the Fund’s employees and the entities it supervises, in compliance with national systems, regulations, and legislation aligned with the international standard (ISO 45001:2018). 

 

  • Complying with legal requirements, policies, and national regulations related to occupational health and safety management systems by developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures consistent with them. 

  • Providing an attractive, safe, and healthy work environment free from injuries, diseases, and infections. 

  • Ensuring the safety and health of HRDF’s employees, contractors, and all parties it supervises, and protecting vital buildings, facilities, and projects, as well as safeguarding the environment from pollution, fires, and preventing losses. 

  • Committing to a systematic and effective approach to managing occupational health and safety risks and preventing losses. 

  • Continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of occupational health and safety management system processes and components. 

  • Supporting and providing programs for employee participation, consultation, training, continuous qualification, and motivation, and enhancing the culture of occupational health and safety. 

  • Ensuring the provision and sustainability of human, financial, and technical resources to support occupational health and safety management systems, taking all necessary measures for risk management, crisis response, and business continuity. 

  • Enhancing beneficiary and stakeholder satisfaction with HRDF’s services, products, initiatives, and projects. 

  • Requiring all units within HRDF and entities it supervises to implement all approved systems, procedures, and regulations related to the occupational health and safety management system. 

This policy serves as a framework for the objectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
