Supporting and providing programs for employee participation, consultation, training, continuous qualification, and motivation, and enhancing the culture of occupational health and safety. 

Ensuring the provision and sustainability of human, financial, and technical resources to support occupational health and safety management systems, taking all necessary measures for risk management, crisis response, and business continuity. 

Enhancing beneficiary and stakeholder satisfaction with HRDF’s services, products, initiatives, and projects. 

Requiring all units within HRDF and entities it supervises to implement all approved systems, procedures, and regulations related to the occupational health and safety management system.
