Community Participation Policy
Clause 1
Community participation means that the user interacts with HRDF questionnaires or submits a proposal, idea, or innovative initiative with the aim of collaborating with HRDF to develop the provided programs and services.
Clause 2
HRDF is keen to supervise and review all participations before publication to ensure compliance with state laws and to raise the level of dialogue to achieve the desired goals.

Interaction with community participation tools is not considered an endorsement of views or proposals or their implementation by HRDF. Rather, HRDF analyzes participations and examines their applicability and feasibility.
Clause 5
HRDF retains its moral and legal rights to handle participations on the Community Participation page, including registering, transforming, producing, or reconfiguring ideas or proposals in line with HRDF's business strategies.
