Community Participation Policy

Community Participation Policy is as follows:

Clause 1: 
Community participation means that the user interacts with HRDF questionnaires or submits a proposal, idea or innovative initiative with the aim of participating HRDF to develop the provided programs and services.

Clause 2: 
HRDF is keen to supervise and review all participations before publication to ensure compliance with state laws in this regard and to raise the level of dialog to achieve the desired goals.


Clause 3:
HRDF reserves the right, without being obliged to do so, not to publish or delete what it deems contrary to its policies or to the laws of the Kingdom. In no way can HRDF or its employees be held legally liable for the consequences of publishing comments or observations via its electronic means of community participation.


Clause 4:         
Interaction with community participation tools is not considered an approval of views or proposals or their implementation by HRDF. Rather, HRDF analyzes participations and examines their applicability and feasibility.


Clause 5:
HRDF shall retain its moral and legal right to deal with the participations in the Community Participation page, and to register, transform, produce or reconfigure the idea or proposal in accordance with HRDF's business strategies.
