Open Data Request
Instructions and guidelines for users
Open data is a specific set of public information - machine-readable - that is available to the public for free and without restrictions and can be used or shared by any individual or public or private entity.
Open data is also subject to a license that specifies the regulatory basis for using open data as well as the terms, obligations and restrictions imposed on the user.
The use of open data also indicates acceptance of the terms of the license.
The Human Resources Development Fund works to promote the principle of transparency in publishing its data, in order to enhance research, scientific and academic fields, as well as contribute to strengthening its pioneering role at the private and public sectors in publishing data that contributes to improving the inputs and outputs of future projects, whether individual or governmental.
Open data is based on clear standards that ensure that it is public information that can be shared, and does not contain data of a private or confidential nature, which achieves a balance between data availability, privacy protection and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory systems.
You can access the Human Resources Development Fund's open data through the Open Data Library or through the Fund's account on the National Open Data Platform.
If the required data is not available, you can submit a request to obtain it through the form provided below.
Open Data Application Mechanism
To apply for open data, please follow the following steps:
- Fill out the form below with the required information:
• Applicant's title.
• Full name.
• Email.
• Mobile number.
• Purpose of use.
• Program name
• Open data sample size
• Request details. - The request will be studied and analyzed by the competent department

Response period and follow-up mechanism
Expected time to complete the request: 10 to 15 working days, noting that official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm.
