The Human Resources Development Fund measures the satisfaction of beneficiaries of its programs and services through the Voice of the Customer report.

Satisfaction is periodically measured through various surveys and using available means of communication, such as:

 phone calls, text messages, and emails, in order to communicate with beneficiaries and assess their satisfaction with the service or program provided.
