Description of Service:


A digitally provided service that allows you to submit a complaint or an inquiry request. It serves to increase the effectiveness of electronic communication and raise the rate of public participation through selecting the type and classification of complaint. This portal also achieves communication with customers about HADAF activities and its various services.

Steps to get the service:

  1. Access HADAF website through the following link   https://hrdf.org.sa.
  2. Select "Contact Us".
  3. Select “Complaint”.
  4. Select the program name and click “Upload Ticket”.
  5. Fill in the form shown and attach the supporting documents of the complaint (if any).
  6. Select "Submit" to create the order ticket and you will be notified by text message with the Ticket Number on the registered mobile number and email.
  7. You will be notified upon completion of the ticket processing.

 
Post - service submission procedures and instructions:

  • The system automatically sends the ticket to the concerned party and circulates it automatically.
  • Inquiries and complaints service is subject to performance measurement to improve the speed of completion and the quality of processing.
  • The service allows application return to the beneficiary if additional information is needed and the beneficiary will be notified by e-mail to complete such information.
  • Upon completion of the ticket processing, the beneficiary will be notified by text message to the mobile number registered at the time of submitting the request.
  • The beneficiary can object to the solution by filling out the questionnaire form sent in the e-mail.

    Attach the supporting documents of the complaint (if any).

  8. Through reporting service on NAZAHA website; or
  9. Through the mobile application (reporting service in the application is subject to update)
