Subsidizing the Wage of Dialysis Days Program
  1. HRDF bears the wage of the vacation days taken by the employee to undergo the hemodialysis during the period of his work for the private sector and until he quits it.
  2. The establishment will be compensated for the working days in which the employee is absent in order to make the hemodialysis on condition that the compensation should not exceed the rate of three-working days a week during the monthThe monthly wage or salary is calculated based on the wage registered in the social insurance.
  3. The maximum of the wage that HRDF will accept for the compensation account is SAR 8000. In case that the wage of the beneficiary is more than SR 8000, HRDF will pay the compensation based on the wage of SR 8000
  4. There is no minimum of the beneficiary’s salary and that is for the sake of achieving the program objective.
  5. HRDF will pay the compensation at the end of every Gregorian month.
  6. The evaluation eligibilty period is 28 days from the program application date and the payement date will occur every 28th of each month.

How is the subsidy calculated for each employee?

The subsidy against each employee is calculated based on his monthly wage or salary which is registered in the social insurance on condition that it should not exceed (SAR 8000) and whatever more than that will be calculated as (SAR 8000).

What are the subsidy regulations?

- The subsidy request should concern an employee of a Saudi nationals.
- The employee should be registered in the general organization social insurance(GOSI).
- The employee should have a register number at the Saudi center for organs transplantation(SCOT).
- The establishment should pay the salary without deducting the employee’s absence days in which he makes the hemodialysis.
- The establishment should submit the monthly spending bill along with the documents requested by HRDF.

How is the registration made in this program?

Registration could be made through the following steps:
1- Creating a new account in the training and employment system, or log in the system.
2- Submitting an application for subsidy through the firm’s account.
