Sign Language Chatting Service
Reinforcing communication channels with its customers in the private sector, the HRDF has launched the Sign Language Chatting Service to communicate with its customers from people with hearing disability. Inauguration of this service has emerged proceeding from the HRDF role in bolstering fairness in the professional rights for all the national manpower and to make the HRDF programs and services comprehensive to all the job seekers from this group of people with disability.
The mechanism of providing this service relies on direct talk with HRDF customers of people with hearing disability (whether males or females) in sign language where a qualified staff of the HRDF have been equipped to receive the calls from this group customers, answer their inquiries, receiving their comments and tackling their complaints.
Access to this service is available via pressing “Sign Language Chatting” Icon listed in the “Call Us” Menu in the website homepage.
